The new client alpha is now out for everyone to enjoy! To enter, just hit the big blue button that says ENTER (ALPHA) after you login to the website. We hope you enjoy the hard work that has been put into this, and any feedback is welcome! You can post feedback about the new client on our official forums! Please remember that the New Client is still in ALPHA, therefore there may be glitches along the way. If you encounter a glitch, please comment on Amy's New Client thread!
Be sure to head on over to it's a small world imports to get this week's exclusive items! Ever dreamed of wearing Darla's Braces? Now is your chance to be able to! And while you're at it, why not grab yourself a target to do your very own target practice, complete with an arrow! Why not practice a few magic tricks with your very own Presto Rabbit in his Magical Hat. Maybe you could also pull Archie out of the bushes and give him to Boo through the Boo Teleporter Door! If you can't find Boo then maybe you could drop a letter off in Carl and Ellie's Mailbox to ask them where she is. Join us for our HOST events this month and see what some of your favorite HOSTs have been working on just for you! This weeks HOST prize is Sweatshirt - Little Green Man with the consolation prize Little Green Man Pin! Stay in line after the event ends to receive the amazing queue prize, a Memory Orb Bundle (Anger, Disgust, Fear, Joy, and Sadness-- You will receive all 5)!
Join the MyVMK Staff for an impromptu game of Hide and Seek! All throughout the month, the staff will be hosting Hide and Seek games and hiding in public rooms only. Games will be announced as an in-game announcement and on our Twitter (@MyVMK) 15 minutes before the game begins. To win, you must walk up to a staff member that is hidden and say the following statement exactly: "I found you (StaffMemberName)!". Make sure to use the correct prefix (VMK_/HOST_/GA_).
If you win, you will have the chance to choose one of the two exclusive pins seen above. You are allowed to win only two times per hide and seek event. The staff will not hide in rooms where players are already sitting. Do not "camp out"! This will ensure everyone has a fair chance at finding the staff members. Good luck out there seekers!

Guest created Guest or Game Rooms demonstrate originality in concept and design. Our judges are looking for creativity, so try using traditional items in different and unique ways. Rooms are judged randomly by MyVMK Staff every month and selected from guest rooms.

February 2018 Best Game Room
Check out Death Star by Mo_Money! A sith and a jedi will face off. The sith are trying to prevent the jedi from obtaining the death star plans and the jedi are trying to secure them. Each contestant will be assigned a side. Players choose different "doors" (teleporters) to try and find the correct path to their lightsaber. The first player to get to their lightsaber and light it up wins.

Star C---... uh... I mean Che---... Pirates. It's Pirates.
What is your favorite type of Guest Room?
Ones that use things for something other than they're intended for in a really clever way!
Favorite MyVMK memory?
The moment I realised I felt like the game had become something truly important to me, along with the people in it and especially the staff team.
What is your favorite Public Room in the Kingdom?
Tomorrowland Hub! All the animations are really impressive for the time period and technology used at the time.
What is your favorite theme on VMK?
Christmas!!!
What is your favorite Disney park?
Is WDW a park? No? Uh... Magic Kingdom!
Who is your favorite Disney Character?
Rapunzel... pre-escape... her hair is almost as long as mine!
Is there any advice you would give to guests?
Advice? Don't stop playing just because it seems dated, because for me it's not so much about the game itself (I think I would go crazy trying to play ANY of the minigames for any real period of time) as the community and the people in it. It has grown and changed so much over time, and even though there can be bad people and drama sometimes, it still comes out as a huge positive and has had a huge impact on my life, and I'm grateful for all of the friends (and more!) I have met through this game. People are the most magical things in the world, and everyone has their own story, and it's beautiful to me in a way. SO TL;DR TALK TO PEOPLE CUS THEY'RE COOL.
