We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of any of our beloved guests. Although they are gone, we are thankful for the time they spent in our very own Virtual Magic Kingdom. We encourage you to leave your condolences or share a memory of their time here as guests on this Forums post.
Our thoughts, our hearts, and our prayers are with the family and friends of these precious individuals. With our words, photos, stories, and memories, we honor their spirits and hope that the legacy of our lost friends will live on forevermore.

We are proud to announce the release of our new Bug Reporting tool. We’re calling it the Cy-Bug Reports Google Form and you’ll have direct access to report any technical issues you find while exploring the kingdom. When reporting an issue, please be sure to fill out all required fields. Here are some examples of issues that could be reported (please do not report these as they’ve already been documented):
-Friends lists are not populating until you double click on the middle of the menu
-Puppet String hat gets stuck on avatar
-Photos are sometimes warped when you use the MyVMK Camera
Please note that the following issues should NOT be reported in this form, and should be reported as a Call for Help in game:
- Item(s) missing from your inventory
-Not receiving a HOST event prize when you believe you should have
-Issues with tasks in a Quest

Have you seen Maleficent Mistress of Evil, Frozen II, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Onward, Cruella, Raya and The Last Dragon, Luca, Black Widow, Soul, Jungle Cruise, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, The Eternals, or Encanto? After you log-in on the homepage, click on the Claim Movie Ticket Pins hyperlink and submit an image of your ticket to receive an exclusive pin! Due to current circumstances, players may submit a photo of any of these four movies on their screen (including Disney+ and Blu-ray) with their avatar in the picture. You may need to reduce the size of the screenshot if the file size is too large for your submission. It may take a few days for the pin to appear in your inventory, so please be patient with us as our moderation team reviews them! Guests may only submit one screenshot for each movie. Multiple submissions will not be accepted.
Join us throughout the month for Meet & Greet and Penny Press pop-up events! In order to participate, you will need a Pressed Penny Collection Book and one Autograph Book (either Mickey or Minnie!). Both are available in the Emporium for 5,000 credits. You only need one of each to participate, but you may purchase multiple if you wish to decorate your lanyard with them!

What do you enjoy about being a staff member for MyVMK?
What I enjoy most about being a staff member for MyVmk is being able to create fun and new experiences for the guests, as well as being able to mingle with everyone!
What's your favorite way to spend your free time around the kingdom?
My favorite way to spend time around the kingdom is playing minigames, building and hanging out with friends!!
What's your all-time favorite Disney movie, and why do you love it?
My all-time favorite Disney movie is Anastasia of course! I love it for sentimental reasons.
Have you ever been to a Disney theme park? If so, which one is your favorite and why?
Yes! My favorite park is the Magic Kingdom Park, there Is so much to do and it has great food! (Be our Guest Restaurant)
If you could have any Disney sidekick as your real-life companion, who would it be and why?
Pookah! Anastasia’s puppy and a very good sidekick in the movie!
Do you have a favorite Disney villain, and if so, what makes them intriguing to you?
Maleficent, however, I think she was just misunderstood and her story is quite good.
If you could live in the world of any Disney movie, which one would it be and why?
The live remake of the Maleficent movies. The Moors is so beautiful. I would live in the Anastasia movies, but I would not like snow 247 haha.
What's your go-to Disney song for karaoke or a sing-along session?
Cinderella by the Cheetah Girls.
Are there any Disney quotes or lines from movies that resonate with you or inspire you?
“The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it” and of course “Remember who you are” – The Lion King
Do you have a favorite Disney or MyVMK memory or story you'd like to share?
My favorite MyVmk memory is attending the Villains event as well as drop crates. I hope in the future we have more of both, as that is how I made new friends.
